Billing system and making payments
Invoices for each calendar month are emailed to parents on or around 21st of the preceding month for fees due. Payments are due by 14th of the month.
Ways to pay
You can pay by cash or cheque at the nursery where a receipt will be issued to confirm your payment. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer and details of our bank account can be found on our invoices or requested from the office.
Tax Free Childcare
Parents can sign up to receive tax free childcare via the HMRC government website.

The Government is phasing out voucher payments in favour of the Tax Free Childcare system but if you are already registered with a company through your employer we are still able to receive payments this way.
Late payment of fees
Fees which remain outstanding after 14th of the month will incur a late payment fee of £25.00 and this will be added to your child's account.
